Please note that the chalet is secured by an automatic barrier.
🔑 Arrival at the chalet; please note the conditions below:
- Check-in: from 17ʰ00 until 20ʰ00; at extra cost earlier or later arrival is possible, on request.
- Keys will be given to you by an Autentik agent who will show you around the chalet, and hand over the keys.
- Check-out: 10ʰ00.
- All access information will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival (i.e. by 5:00 pm the day before).
💳 Deposit - not charged:
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 2500.00 euros will be requested via the secure online service Swikly. This deposit is in the form of a bank imprint, without direct debit, so as not to affect your bank ceiling.

Cancelation policy
Cancelation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail to the following address Propriétés Autentik, 21Chemin du Vorasset, 74170 SAINT GERVAIS LES BAINS
The date of presentation of the letter will determine the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the following conditions will apply:
From the reservation date to 31 days: the deposit will not be refunded.
From 30 to 15 days: 50% of the stay will be invoiced to the tenant.
From 14 days and the arrival date or no-show at the beginning of the stay: 100% of the stay will be billed to the tenant.
(If a booking is cancelled, the payment will be refunded but the credit card charges of the initial payment will not be refunded).
If, for any reason whatsoever (including serious illness, accident, death), the Tenant does not take possession of the premises on the scheduled days (late arrival or early departure) or only occupies them in part, he/she shall remain liable for the full amount of the Rent, without being entitled to any deduction, unless the Agency decides otherwise.
It is recommended that the Tenant take out insurance covering any cancellation costs.
