This brand-new chalet has the following features:

- Ski room with boot dryer
- Garage for one car
First floor:
- Large living room with central fireplace
- Large dining table with open kitchen
- Balcony overlooking the Praz-sur-Arly mountains
Second floor:
- 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite with bathroom and WC.
Top floor:
A large dormitory area for children with 4 single beds.
A bathroom with bath and shower.

✅ Services :
- Reception at the chalet and handover of keys by an Autentik agent
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as hygiene items for your arrival (soap, moisturiser, shampoo).
- Cleaning will be carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
On request, and for an additional charge, we can provide :
- Bed and bath linen changes during your stay
- Cleaning during your stay
- A deposit of 1500.00 euros will be required to finalise the booking (deposit secured by credit card imprint, not debited).

Cancelation policy
Cancelation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail to the following address Propriétés Autentik, 21Chemin du Vorasset, 74170 SAINT GERVAIS LES BAINS
The date of presentation of the letter will determine the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the following conditions will apply:
From the date of reservation to 61 days: the deposit is not returned to the Tenant.
From 60 to 31 days: 75% of the stay will be charged to the Tenant
From 30 days and the date of arrival or no show at the beginning of the stay: 100% of the stay will be charged to the tenant
(If a booking is cancelled, the payment will be refunded but the credit card charges of the initial payment will not be refunded).
If, for any reason whatsoever (including serious illness, accident, death), the Tenant does not take possession of the premises on the scheduled days (late arrival or early departure) or only occupies them in part, he/she shall remain liable for the full amount of the Rent, without being entitled to any deduction, unless the Agency decides otherwise.
It is recommended that the Tenant take out insurance covering any cancellation costs.
