ACCESS
🔒 ~ Access to the apartment is via a key box, allowing you to arrive at the time you wish, with complete autonomy.
🅿️ ~ The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone. Access is only possible on foot from midday onwards. Here are the nearest parking lots:

Parking Poste - 5 Rue des Glières
Parking Courrier - 16 Boulevard Decouz
For longer-term parking, there are "ZenPark" car parks located at the bus station, which can be booked online.

Cancelation policy
Cancelation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail to the following address Propriétés Autentik, 21Chemin du Vorasset, 74170 SAINT GERVAIS LES BAINS
The date of presentation of the letter will determine the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the following conditions will apply:
From the date of reservation to 31 days: the deposit is not returned to the Tenant.
From 31 to 11 days: 50% of the stay will be charged to the Tenant
From 10 days and the date of arrival or no show at the beginning of the stay: 100% of the stay will be charged to the tenant
(If a booking is cancelled, the payment will be refunded but the credit card charges of the initial payment will not be refunded).
If, for any reason whatsoever (including serious illness, accident, death), the Tenant does not take possession of the premises on the scheduled days (late arrival or early departure) or only occupies them in part, he/she shall remain liable for the full amount of the Rent, without being entitled to any deduction, unless the Agency decides otherwise.
It is recommended that the Tenant take out insurance covering any cancellation costs.
